Aaron specializes in therapeutic massage with the intention of correcting postural deviations, as well as educating his clients to provide self care. His goal for his clients is to progressively reach a point of living without pain. This can be accomplished through deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage, stretching, myofascial work, and joint manipulation. While firm pressure is Aaron’s strength, relaxation and comfort are still his ideal goal for his clients. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, Aaron will provide a very specific massage for your needs. Aaron is a graduate of Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage.
My journey into the health and wellness field started over 10 years ago. Overweight and over stressed, I decided to take a stand and make a change. It started with eating better and becoming more active, somewhat obvious but always very effective changes. Running became a passion of mine and all of a sudden I was running marathons. Not long after I found running, I found yoga and that changed my life forever. I became a yoga teacher in 2013 and now, with over a 1,000 hours of training under my belt, I teach several styles of yoga. I love to teach and share what I’ve learned about the human body. Massage has always been a big part of my life, especially while I was going through my big health transformation. Massage was monumental to help me heal and recover from all my running. Ultimately, my desire to learn more and help more people lead me to want to become a massage therapist. Now, I can help people better understand their own bodies and how they can keep themselves healthy for the rest of their lives. It’s truly my joy in life to help people heal and become the best version of themselves.
